Oaties have been a long time favorite and on a whim I decided to try the batter in a muffin tin. End of story, very happy I did! They are the perfect bite sized healthy snack, perfect on the go, pre or post workout. No added sugar, the perfect hint of sweetness, satisfying any sweet tooth!
Oatie Mini Muffin Bites
3 ripened bananas
3 cups rolled oats (use gluten free if necessary)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup dried cranberries (I use low sugar by Ocean Spray)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life’s are my go to)
