Super easy, healthy and the perfect bite of crunchy chewy yumminess when you just want a little something sweet. Only 4 ingredients…clean, real, healthy ingredients make them a perfect on the go snack or breakfast. Try them with a little dab of your favorite nut butter! Warning: extremely addicting! I’ve been eating them straight out of the freezer! Help!
Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Muesli Cookie Bites
1 bag (1lb. 2 oz.) Bobs Red Mill Muesli
6 medium over-ripe bananas mashed
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Lifes)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place all ingredients in large bowl (mash bananas before adding) and mix until well combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, spoon batter onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes. (I like them with crispy edges but if you prefer softer bites, back for 25-30 min)
