Last week I posted Mamma Agata’s Pomordoro Sauce recipe which is so deliciously fresh and yummy. It is definitely my new “go to” tomato sauce! Although store bought is so easy to use, this sauce is super easy to make and contains only the freshest ingredients. Make a big batch and freeze it! You’ll be glad you did so, I promise! All I did was add shrimp, calamari and chili flakes and instead of pasta I threw in some spiralized zucchini to make this scrumptious meal! A great one pot meal, and you know what that means… easy cleanup! And who doesn’t like that! Super healthy, with no added preservatives or refined sugars! Just cook the shrimp and calamari in the sauce, add some spice (only if you like), throw in some zucchini noodles and voila….delicioso!
