nuts go in the bowl…coconut oil…agave…in the pan with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice…
warm until smooth…pour over nuts…mix well…place on baking sheet…bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes…add cranberries…cool…and enJOY!…
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all the nuts in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan heat agave, oil, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice over low heat until smooth, mixing often (takes just a few minutes).
Pour mixture over nuts and mix well until everything is coated nicely.
Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet, in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes.
While granola is cooling sprinkle with dried cranberries.
Once fully cooled, transfer to large bowl or airtight container and store at room temperature or in the freezer for a longer shelf life (I store all my nuts and granola in the freezer).
