the marinade…pour over shrimp..place on foil…cover & grill…while they are grilling, enjoy a glass of wine…serve…what I served on the side…Burnt Broccoli…Faro with Asparagus and Lemon (recipe coming soon!)…Berry Nut Salad…oh and dessert (Healthy Whole Wheat Biscotti)…YUM!!!
Place shrimp in a bowl and put aside.
Place the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Pour dressing over shrimp, cover and refrigerate if you are not making immediately.
Place shrimp either directly on grill, on skewers on grill or in a foil pan (covered)
I put them in foil and covered with another piece of foil and placed packet carefully on grill.
Depending upon how hot your grill is (as all grills are different) allow shrimp to cook 10-12 minutes (until firm).
Remove to serving platter.
I served with Faro with Aparagus (recipe coming soon), burnt broccoli and my Berry Nut Salad. Oh and some Porter House Steaks and Chicken Kebabs too!
