just season and roast…serve chilled (or warm)…
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
Place cleaned shrimp in bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Season with pepper.
Drizzle with Sriracha.
Sprinkle with herbs de provence.
Mix well until shrimp are evenly coated with seasoning.
Place shrimp on baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 12-14 minutes.
Remove and place shrimp in bowl.
Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours (you can certainly serve these warm too).
Serve as an appetizer, main course or as a topping on your favorite green salad! This would be fabulous served with my Chunky Guacamole for a light summer meal!
