These cookies are a staple in our house! I am not kidding when I say I make a batch, sometimes 2 weekly! They have very few ingredients and take just a few minutes to prepare. Just make sure you have bananas, oats and chocolate chips in your pantry and you will be good to go! I swear I eat them straight out of the freezer and guilt free I must add! I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!

    Ingredients:

    • 3 bananas ripened
    • 3 cups rolled oats
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    • ½ cup dried cranberries
    • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Add cranberries and chips, and mix until combined.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. You can bake in ball form or flatten with a fork. I do it both ways depending on my mood! It’s a matter of personal preference

Bake for about 35-40 minutes. I like them crispy so I bake for 40 minutes. If you like softer cookies bake for 30 minutes. Cool, serve and enJOY!

Makes about 20 cookies. Freeze extra as they only take a few minutes to defrost! I actually eat them frozen because they are so good (and guilt free) !
