If you feel like you need a little detox, this smoothie bowl is perfect, as its extremely light on calories, has plenty of good nutrition and is satisfying at the same time. Aside from that it tastes pretty good too!
a dash of cinnamon (optional, but gives it a great taste)
In either a personal blender like the Nutri Ninja 900 (see below) or a regular high speed blender (see below), blend spinach, blueberries and banana and water until smooth. If it is too thick, add a tablespoon or 2 more of water.
Pour into a bowl.
Top with chia seeds, mango and granola.
