Preheat oven to 35o and prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, beat oil and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth. Add cake meal
salt and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Using your hands, form a large ball (wet your hands if it is sticking).
Cut the ball in half, roll each half so that they form 2 logs. Flatten logs with hand so that they ate about a 1/2 to 3/4 ” thick and 9-10″ (approx.) long.
Place them both on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle top of each loaf with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Slice each loaf on the diagonal into 1″ slices and return to baking sheet on their side. Put back in oven for 15 minutes to toast.
