Morning Glow Green Drink

This is my “go to” drink when I am on the go and just want to have a quick easy breakfast or snack during the day! Packed with lots of nutrition!
- 1 handful fresh kale
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
- 12 oz. water (1 and 1/2 cups) or almond milk (or water or milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but adds a great flavor)
Put all ingredients (except chia seeds, although if you prefer these can be blended as well) in blender or individual blender (I use Nutri NinjaPro)
Blend all until smooth, sprinkle chia seeds* on top! EnJOY!
*I sometimes blend the chia seeds, sometimes sprinkle on top!
