Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9 x 9” non stick pan with cooking spray
Line with parchment paper so that it overlaps the edges of pan both ways.
Add beans, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, milk, vinegar, baking powder, baking soda and coffee to blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into bowl and add half of the chocolate chips. Fold in chips until combined. Pour batter into baking dish and scatter the remaining chips on top.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes. You can check doneness with a toothpick. Let the brownies cool, slice and enJOY!
